Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order with valid supporting reasoning within 7 days of placing the Order. The deadline for cancelling Your Order is within 7 days of the date of receipt of the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

If Your request is approved, we will reimburse you with store credit equivalent to the amount you have purchased Your item with. You may use this store credit to exchange for another item in our shop of equivalent value. The issuance of the store credit will be immediate upon confirmation of the return and the conditions of returns.

Conditions of Reimbursement

  1. We do not perform monetary reimbursement.
  2. The reimbursement will be in the form of store credit for use to exchange for other products in our mall.
  3. For each return, the credit is only applicable for a single exchange or purchase.
  4. You may use the credits to purchase an item of lesser value but any additional credit will be forfeited.
  5. You may also use the credits to purchase items of higher value than the credits but the difference will be borne by you.

Conditions for Returns

In Order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  1. The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
  2. The Goods are in the original packaging.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  1. The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  2. The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be retuned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  3. The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  4. The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We serve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be returned. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be returned. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to reimburse you with store credit without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of Your return. Once the returned product is received, a notification on the gift credit will be sent to you.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the credit to the gift giver.
